Ms. Ayushma Aryal serves as a Project Associate at Climate Action Nepal, where she plays an active role in advancing climate education, community development, and environmental sustainability. She has facilitated interactive workshops in schools, promoted environmental awareness campaigns, and coordinated sustainability-focused events that engage diverse communities.

Her contributions extend to community research, grassroots engagement, and leadership initiatives across NGOs and academic organizations. With a flexible and adaptable approach, she collaborates effectively with stakeholders and consistently demonstrates initiative and a solution-oriented mindset in addressing environmental challenges.

Currently, Ms. Aryal is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Community Development at Kathmandu University, complemented by an academic exchange program at Western Sydney University, Australia. Her academic and professional journey reflects her commitment to fostering sustainable communities and empowering grassroots action for climate resilience.

Ms. Godhulee Adhikari is a dedicated community researcher with expertise in social research, participatory fieldwork, data collection, and qualitative analysis. At Climate Action Nepal, she contributes to research and development initiatives that focus on community development, climate resilience, education, migration, and youth engagement.

Her professional skills include qualitative research design, data collection and analysis, report writing, transcription, translation, and the use of digital survey tools. With strong experience in project coordination, she ensures that research activities are effectively implemented and aligned with organizational goals.

Ms. Adhikari holds a Bachelor’s degree in Community Development from Kathmandu University and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Development Studies. Her academic and professional journey reflects her commitment to advancing evidence-based solutions for sustainable and resilient communities.

Ms. Grishma Paudyal is a GEDSI-centric Innovative Enterprise Expert at Climate Action Nepal, passionate about building businesses that blend creativity with purpose. She leverages entrepreneurship as a tool to generate meaningful social and environmental impact, actively supporting innovation that strengthens local enterprises and promotes conscious consumerism.

Her expertise spans sustainable product development, branding, and community engagement, with a focus on empowering marginalized groups through inclusive enterprise models. Beyond her consulting role, Ms. Paudyal is the Founder of ManaiDekhi Nepal, a women-led social enterprise producing handcrafted, eco-friendly candles. Through this initiative, she empowers women and youth by providing skill development and employment opportunities, while promoting sustainable lifestyles.

Her work reflects a deep commitment to advancing gender equality, sustainability, and innovation in enterprise development, aligning strongly with Climate Action Nepal’s mission to foster resilient and inclusive communities.

Ms. Manisha Bhattarai is a GESI and Safeguarding Consultant with over a decade of experience advancing inclusive, equitable, and safe development practices across Nepal. She specializes in integrating gender equality, social inclusion, child protection, and safeguarding into development programmes to ensure that no one is left behind.

Her expertise spans PSEAH, safeguarding frameworks, monitoring and evaluation, research and learning, and capacity building across diverse sectors including climate action, environmental sustainability, waste management, public health, education, livelihoods, and disaster risk reduction. She has collaborated with government agencies, development partners, NGOs, and local communities to strengthen inclusive policies, safeguard vulnerable populations, and promote meaningful participation.

As GESI and Safeguarding Consultant for Climate Action Nepal, Ms. Bhattarai provides strategic guidance to foster safe, inclusive, and resilient communities, ensuring that all project interventions uphold the principles of equality, dignity, participation, and sustainable development.

Ms. Priyashma Shrestha is a Project Officer at Climate Action Nepal, where she contributes to initiatives advancing climate resilience, circular economy, disaster risk reduction, behavioral change for waste management, and sustainable development. A graduate in Development Studies, she has worked extensively on projects related to plastic waste recycling and management, environmental research, and youth engagement.

Her work emphasizes inclusive, community-driven approaches to sustainability, with a strong focus on practical solutions that connect people, policy, and the environment. Priyashma is deeply committed to fostering collaboration and innovation to build a resilient and sustainable future for Nepal.

Shaswat Adhikari is a legal professional based in Nepal with experience in litigation, corporate law, and dispute resolution. He holds a BA.LL.B degree from Tribhuvan University. His practice includes representing clients before Nepalese courts, advising on regulatory and commercial matters, drafting legal documentation, and handling writ petitions and civil disputes. He regularly works with corporate clients on strategic legal issues and is committed to providing practical, client-focused legal solutions with a strong emphasis on precision, professionalism, and ethical practice.
